Attendance by 2 man crew - Director / Principal Cameraman and Presenter.

 

Filming / Sound Recording / Interviews and DJ Set Coverage for approximately 4 hours ( covering peak times )

 

Provision of all media ( blank HD tape / SDHC Chips / Batteries

 

Provision and use of Full HD Cameras  Sony / JVC complete with Sennheiser Radio Microphones and Receivers, On board Pag Camera Lights, Battery Belts, Manfrotto Pro Tripod.

 

All post-production – including editing of original footage / original sound, title graphics, conversion to H264 HD format for internet distribution and uploading of a 15 minute `Best Bits` summary of the evening – to Clublife TV Youtube site.

 

HD Film URL and Embed code provided for viral marketing and distribution to the clients own website / Facebook / Bebo / DSI / Twitter etc.

Payment Terms

50 % Booking fee – By BACS Transfer / Payment into Lloyds TSB Account or by cheque.   Balance payable – preferably by cash on the night of the event.

We will accept a hold-back of 25% until delivery of the final product if necessary for our first outing with a new client.

Marketing

We can also offer a marketing service – which will involve full distribution of the film across a variety of internet portals ( Facebook, Bebo, Twitter, Youtube, Don’t Stay In .Com etc ) and can produce targeted adverts for brand awareness or specific events.

This can either take advantage of the footage recorded at your event, or other footage / graphics provided by the client.

Furthermore, a written editorial can be prepared about your Brand / Event for wider distribution across various internet portals and / or the clients own website.

Themed Back-Screen Films

We can also produce back-screen films for projecting during your event, providing a great backdrop to the proceedings.  This can be provided as a loopable DVD for constant playback.

The film can be of any length – up to 2 hrs and can include brand graphics / promotion for future events and footage from previous gigs.
